We have agreements with many insurance companies, and as a courtesy to you file the claim at the time of your appointment. We will generally ask for a co-pay at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We can help you make arrangements for an interest-free payment plan with Care Credit.
